Reformation of Russian education in the context of globalization: philosophical conceptualization

The article deals with the permanent reformation of Russian education according to the Western standards. In the conditions of globalization, the traditional system of Russian education is going through destruction, being deprived of its sovereignty and rearranged completely according to the Western educational standards and learning methods. Gradual transformation of the education system is described in the Strategy of Innovative Development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2020. The article discusses the risks and threats of such transformation.
