Reformation of the family and marriage sphere in the late 1960's: case study of the press materials

The article deals with the two statutes: the Fundamental Principles of Marriage and Family Legislation and the Code on Marriage and Family of the RSFSR from the perspective of the public opinion. The author studies letters and comments of the readers published in the newspapers ‘Izvestia’, ‘Literary Gazette’, and ‘Soviet Kuban’.
