Public administration reform in Kyrgyzstan

The study of the foundations of state and municipal government of the Kyrgyz Republic is relevant in connection with the importance of the problem of improving the efficiency of the activities of state administration and local self-government bodies, as well as their employees. The article reveals the formation of the state and municipal administration of the Kyrgyz Republic in the post-Soviet period of the country's development, describes the organization and activities of state and municipal authorities and administration, the features of the administrative reform, the system of local self-government in the republic, as well as the organization of the state and municipal service.
