Reforms of the management system of agriculture in first half of the 1980s (based on materials of the Mordovian and Chuvash ASSR)

The main directions of reforming of the management system of agriculture in the first half of the 1980s are analyzed in this article. The author considers the structure and basic functions of the bodies of agricultural management, formed in the course of the reform.
