Reforms in the system of state administration of the Kyrgyz Republic

The article considers state administration as one of the most important functions of the state which has to be focused on result, favorable for society. The object of the study in this article is the social relations emerging in the field of state administration and state management decision-making. The subject of the research is the reforms in the field of state administration of the Kyrgyz Republic. The author provides a generalized analysis of the measures taken in the Kyrgyz Republic to reform public administration, since acquisition of independence by Kyrgyzstan to the present time, for which the main theoretical approaches and principles of state administration are analyzed. It is revealed that despite the undertaken reforms, unfortunately, public administration in the republic is inefficient that demands taking measures providing further development of Kyrgyzstan as service social state, reflected in the National strategy of development for the Kyrgyz Republic till 2040.
