Meristem regeneration and growth of cutting of Solanum tuberosum L. during clonal microcultivation in vitro under the influence of electrostatic field

The authors investigated the action of electrostatic field of various tencity on morphogenesis of potato plants in culture in vitro at the different stages of clonal microcultivation. The varieties differences were estimated by plants' reaction on effect of electrostatic field. It was shown that the field tencity of 10 kV/m is optimal for meristem regeneration. On the cutting stage the varieties differences in their reaction on effect of electrostatic field were marked.
