The main concept of modern development is the concept of sustainable development (economic, social, environmental). All these factors influence the formation of active longevity. Currently, all countries, including Russia, are nationalizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Despite the decline in the independence of the regions of the Russian Federation in the post-crisis period, due to targeted subsidies, the regionalization of the SDGs is relevant. The article presents the author's vision of the need and possibility of adapting the UN Sustainable Development Goals through their integration into the strategy of socio-economic development of the Kaluga Region until 2030 to implement the concept of active longevity as a strategic priority. At the same time, the need for specific goal-setting was noted, taking into account the peculiarities of the development of the region. Taking into account the problems of the region, which have a direct impact on the formation of active longevity and the quality of life of the population, eight Goals have been selected from 17 SDGs. The interrelation of Goals may indicate an integrated approach to the implementation of measures that ensure active longevity.
