The regional industrial policy as a tool of complex realization of tendencies of modern global economic development

Problems and key aspects of formation of theoretical methodological bases of conceptual understanding and applied approaches to working out of regional industrial policy as a tool of complex realization of tendencies of modern global economic development for an intensification of transition of the country and its regions to postindustrial of management are considered in the article. The position is put forward according to which conceptually national and regional industrial policy should be formed proceeding from dialectics of interrelations of the basic opposite tendencies of modern world economic process: strengthening of globalization and integration of national economies and at the same time - increase of irregularity of social and economic development of different countries.
