Regional procedural legislation from theory to practice of the constitutional structure

This article is devoted to the research of a relatively standing apart level of the legislation of the Russian Federation subjects, that is Regional procedural legislation. By studying the theory of the regional legislation, the constitutional principles of its organisation and functioning, the author gives a scientific definition of the procedural legislation of the Russian Federation subjects, puts forward its functions, lays down different classifications of the regional procedural legal rules which allow to reflect the peculiarities and originality of the considered legal block.
