Based on the results of the analysis, he comes to the following conclusions: 1) in some regions, laws on organic products have been adopted, in others, agrarian legislative acts have been supplemented with such norms; 2) the features of regional regulation are manifested mainly in the determination of measures of state support for producers of organic products; 3) most regional acts do not take into account the specifics of the regions, their norms legally unreasonably duplicate the provisions of federal legislation. Thus, only a deep understanding of the priorities, needs and opportunities of a particular region ensures the formation of effective legislation on organic products of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
