Regional aspects of modeling the balanced development of labour resources

Regional aspects of modeling the balanced development of labor resources are analysed. It is proved that balanced solving of the economic and social problems of regional labour market presupposes stirring up the integration processes of employment assistance programs and effective concept of regional socio-economic development.
