Regional aspects of regulation population employment

The article discusses the features of regulation of employment at the regional level, reflects the need to distinguish territorial-economic entities in the region, taking into account intraregional differences in climatic conditions, demographic features, specialization of the economy, and employment structure. An approach to the impact on employment in the region through the regulation of employment in territorial-economic entities is proposed.
