Regional features of psychiatric care for population of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In this article the author presents organization of mental health services and regional characteristics of mental health of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan. There was a significant reduction in child and adolescent psychiatrists in the republican institutions. The primary incidence of mental and behavioral disorders has decreased most of all in Almaty.
