Regional practices of participation of development institutions in activation of agricultural cooperation

Despite the fact that in the Russian Federation in recent years there have been significant changes in the development of agriculture in favor of large-scale forms of management, the agricultural sector continues to be characterized by a multi-layered with significant participation of peasant farms and private farms. The role of small businesses is essential in basic life support, maintaining social stability and in the development of rural areas in General. Examples of cooperation development in some regions demonstrate success in these areas and the role of development institutions is one of the defining ones. At the same time, the institutions of agricultural cooperation are one of the mechanisms that allow strengthening the scale and efficiency of the functioning of small businesses.
