Regional aspect of financial support of agriculture (on the example of Volgograd region)

The ultimate goal of agricultural production is the most complete satisfaction of the population 's food needs, a fundamental change in the living conditions and activities of the rural population on the basis of the increasing efficiency of rural producers. In modern conditions, one of the most pressing problems of the domestic economy is the expansion of methods and instruments of financing agriculture. In a large part of the Russian agricultural and industrial regions, the level of their development is determined by the state of agriculture and other sectors of the agro-industrial complex, and therefore, the intensification of investment activities in this sector of the economy lays down the prerequisites for an effective solution to problems in the field of production and finance. The article presents the regional aspect of financial support for agriculture. Key methods and instruments for financing agriculture have been identified.
