Regional operator in municipal housing economy: risk analysis

The article deals with the basic concepts of overhaul, the fee for overhaul in different regions of the Russian Federation as well as the procedure for forming the overhaul fund at the account of a regional operator in the municipal housing economy system. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of risks arising from the formation of the overhaul fund.
