Regional meat market: movement to self-supply (exemplified by the Republic of Crimea)

The object of research is the Crimean market of meat and meat products. The subject of research is the strategic prerequisites and trends causing the formation of its self-reliance within the implementation of the State program of agricultural development and regulation of Crimean agricultural products, raw materials and food markets. The research hypothesis is connected with expansion prospects justification in the republican food market of meat and meat products’ segment of regional trademarks.
