Regulation of institute of delay of serving sentence in penal legislation of Russia and states of the neighboring countries

Purpose: Research of formation and development of institute of delay of serving sentence in the Russian Federation in the comparative analysis with the legislation of the states of the neighboring countries. Methodology: It was used formal-legal and comparative and legal methods. Results: The author suggests to add regulations of the criminal code of Russian Federation about serving sentence delay with the subsidiary duties assigned on persons, delay of serving sentence by which it is delayed similar to the regulations containing in penal statutes of some foreign states. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific and practical value as is modern attempt of consideration of an actual legal problem.
