Regulation in the code of procedure investigative actions involving a minor and the minor victim

The article analyzes new rules of criminal procedure code, which define the ways of investigatory actions with the participation of juvenile young victims. The author states the premise that an educator and a psychologist while investigating crimes against children perform different tasks. The thesis has been also made that a psychologist should acquire more rights in order to get full and true testimony from a juvenile victim.
