Regulation of constitutional rights in the field of housing in Uzbekistan

The article provides brief information on the results of the national referendum on the adoption of the New Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on changes in the structure and content of this document, and as a fundamental difference between the New Constitution and the old one, in the field of housing coverage, the constitutional right to housing, which is regulated by government documents adopted in recent years, is given, and also regulatory and legal documents to be adopted in order to improve the regulation of housing provision for the population, especially those in need.
