Regulation and impact assessment on the level of innovative development of the region

The article analyzes the management process of innovation development of the region. It discusses the challenges and directions for management on the example of the Republic of Buryatia. In the region this process is more mobile, but at the same time is inertial, therefore, the attention is focused on a problem of an assessment of the State impact on the level of innovative development. In the work the assessment of influence is considered depending on the used instruments of regulation. The analysis uses quantitative methods of evaluation.
