Regulation of property relations Federal law "On police"

This article analyzes the rules of the Federal Law «On Police», regulating the relations of the operational asset management, cost recovery, spent on training police officers, as well as tort liability. It is concluded that the lack of consistency rules of a special law with provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Proposed changes to the law designed to improve social protection of police, to guarantee the constitutional right to free education on a competitive basis, to ensure compliance with the rules of the operational management of the property the police general rules of operational management.
