Regulation of investment activities at regional level on the example of Krasnodar region

The article is devoted to the management and quality improvement of regional investments in a non-stationary economy, which are one of the necessary means to ensure conditions for overcoming the current economic crisis, structural changes in the national economy, ensuring sustainable innovation development, improving the quality of economic activity. On the example of Krasnodar region the issues of regulation of the investment process are considered. The analysis of the key components of regulation of investment activity in the Krasnodar region: laws adopted by the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar region, resolutions and orders of the head of administration of the region, orders of the Executive body of state power of the region. As a result of the analysis, conclusions were drawn about the investment policy in the region.
