The article deals with legal regulation of hiring and employment of foreign workers. The theory and practice of legislation protecting Russia's national interests and supporting the formation of the united EEU labor market have been analyzed. The tendencies of foreign workers labor regulation in context of digital technologies (a united electronic labor exchange, an interstate professional system etc.) have been summarized. Action aimed for improvement of labor legislation have been suggested.
