Regulation of the process of providing state and municipal services on the basis of MFC for citizens

The article reveals the essence of personnel activity in the management system of the civil service of the Russian Federation. Concepts of formation and problem components of development of modern personnel activity in system of management of public service of the Russian Federation are considered. Attention is also paid to possible tools to improve the efficiency of public service.
