Regulation of the counteraction of money legalization and other property in the international legal aspect

The article analyzes various scientific approaches to the interpretation of the provisions of some international legal acts, acts of national legislation in the field of regulation of the struggle of States and the world community with transnational legalization of proceeds from crime. In this context, the article considers the legislation of the Russian Federation that prevents the development of mechanisms for giving a lawful form to the possession of property and money obtained by criminal means.
