Regulation of social and labor relations based on a collective agreement

This article examines the essence of the regulation of social and labor relations of employees in the organization on the basis of a collective agreement. With the help of the structure of social and labor relations, the concepts of the social and labor sphere are defined, the functions of collective and contractual regulation of relations between an employee and an employer in organizations are studied, the indicator of social and labor relations-the quality of working life of workers is considered. In conclusion, a brief conclusion on the topic is presented.
