Regulation of social entrepreneurship at the legislative level

This article raises the problem of regulating “social entrepreneurship” at the legislative level. Legislative support for social entrepreneurship has come a long way, and at present it still requires some adjustment. But, despite certain achievements in the field of creating a modern legal framework that meets international standards, ensuring the employment of people with disabilities remains one of the most pressing problems in the world as a whole.
