The article examines the characteristic features of small business and reveals its role in modern conditions. The features of the regulation of labor relations in the context of a pandemic at small enterprises in the process of recruiting personnel, paying wages, training and dismissing employees are outlined. The article analyzes the legal regulation of labor relations of workers employed by employers-small businesses, which are classified as micro-enterprises.
