Regulative role of the corporate agreement

The authors analyze a new type of civil-law contract - a corporate contract in the context of its regulatory impact on the activities of business entities, in particular, in the corporate relations of participants in the company and third parties in the field of company management and business organization. They conclude that such a contract is a flexible instrument for regulating corporate relations and doing business.
