Digital transformation of the banking sector is a key trend in the modern financial system, requiring the adaptation of regulatory frameworks to ensure stability, security and innovative development. This article presents a comparative analysis of regulatory approaches to the digitalization of banks in developed countries, including the European Union, the USA, Russia and Asian countries (China, Singapore). The study covers such aspects as regulation of digital currencies (CBDC), fintech ecosystems, cybersecurity and data protection. The results demonstrate both general trends (e.g. strengthening cybersecurity) and national characteristics (centralization in Russia, open banking in the EU). The article may be useful for regulators, banking specialists and researchers to develop effective measures in the context of global digital transformation.
