The article discusses the features of the reengineering process to service of support the CAM. It is based on one of the most effective methods of continuous improvement PROF (program of the revolutionary transformation of the company) or 20 Kobayashi keys. The article also discusses the features of the service and the necessary adaptation of PROF under this service. To evaluate the achievement of goals and improve the quality of service offered to use a tree diagram of indicators based on the interest of the parties as a service.
