Business process reengineering as management innovation of modern organizations: methodological aspect

The purpose of the research is the substantiation of the methodology for reengineering as management innovation in terms of process management. The enterprises and the organizations of real sector Russian and Belarusian economy are object of research. The subject of study is business process reengineering. The analysis of innovative development of Russian and Belarusian economy is carried out, during which problems are revealed: low activity and productivity of innovative activity; low share of management innovations. The reasons of unsuccessful reengineering projects at Russian and Belarusian enterprises are identified. Theoretical bases of reengineering, including concept and the principles of reengineering, the principle of crowdsourcing; directions of organizational changes; requirements to team on reengineering are formulated. The model of carrying out business processes reengineering, including: principles for implementing the technology to improve the system management, conditions for successful implementation of business process reengineering, the list of phases and tasks of each stage, resources is developed. Methodical recommendations on conducting stages of business-processes reengineering are given in the article. The developed methodology reengineering can be used in the real sector of Russian and Belarusian economy as a management innovation. Its application will allow to increase efficiency of activity both the separate enterprises, and industrial complexes.
