Business process reengineering is defined as one of the most important solutions for organizational improvement with respect to all the performance indicators of the business processes of an enterprise. It helps managers to abandon the implementation of irrelevant processes and increase the competitiveness of the organization. Reengineering is understood as a radical transformation of processes and procedures in order to achieve leaps and bounds improvements in the main economic indicators of the organization. The results of reengineering are striking, as it is able to change the structure of the organization, by changing the role of human resources and reconstructing the use of technology. The article defines the essence of business process re-engineering, highlights the factors of success and failure of the organization associated with the development and implementation of re-engineering processes. In addition, the authors touched on the issues of human resource management of the organization in order to adequately perceive the changes being carried out by employees, as well as their effective implementation.
