Reingining the processes of the management of the organization

The reform organizations of various types affects the processes of their activities and it is a set of tools and techniques. One of the effective means of reforming the organization is reengineering organizational structures. The article presents one of the methods of reengineering of the structure of organizations at the process level. Study of the problems of one process organization allowed us to determine a set of subprocesses and tasks, that will not only solve problems but, also to improve economic performance of the organization.
