Rating regions by development level of micro-entrepreneurship

The purpose of this article is to develop and compile a Rating Regions by Development Level of Micro-entrepreneurship. The disadvantage of standard methods of development of micro-entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation is the lack of identification of features of each region depending on the level of development of regions and their geographical location. The article calculates the Micro-entrepreneurship Development Index and classifies the regions by the level of micro-entrepreneurship development. As a study result of the development level of micro-entrepreneurship in the regions of the country, practical recommendations for the development of micro-entrepreneurship in the regions are proposed.
