The article analyzes the provisions of the Federal standard assessment «Business Valuation (FSE № 8)», which are contradictory and misleading appraisers. Compares requirements FSE № 8 and FSE № 9 in terms of the valuation of the property complex of the organization. The author offers explanations and possible ways to address the identified inconsistencies in the preparation of the report on the evaluation value of the business and the property complex.
