This article discusses the minor recommendations for the development of a business plan a catering company. Increasingly, more time is needed for work and less enough for a quiet enjoyment of delicious food with no fuss. The answer to this problem became a business idea, networking of public catering in which it is possible to combine tasty food with a pleasant leisure. That is, there is a need to develop business plans for catering. In modern conditions of market economy need to develop business plans recognized at the state level, and today it is increasingly a product of internal management activities needed to solve many of the issues of functioning of the enterprise.
