Recommendations for improving the provision of preferential populations of population with medicines

The article discusses the essence of the existing system of preferential provision of drugs to citizens on an outpatient basis. The main problems in the provision of medical counseling services and the determination of benefits for medicines are considered. The main areas of improvement are proposed.
