The impact of reconstructive and plastic surgeries on the development of post mastectomy syndrome

The article proves the necessity of primary reconstructive surgeries after radical mastectomy as an important component of psychological correction of the patients suffering from mammary gland oncopathology. It compares women psychological disorders depending on the method of surgical treatment. It reveals a significant reduction of the manifestations of post mastectomy syndrome with patients after mammoplasty which certainly improves their quality of life.
