Recursion and cholarchy in Industry 4.0 intelligent economic management systems

The proble m of sy nthesi s of economic manage me nt syste m s for high-techbusiness operating in the institutional environment of the digital economy andinfrastructure conditions of Industry 4.0 is considered. The solution of the problemis defined in the class of self-contained structures of economic managementsystems with recursion and holarchy. Recursion is implemented according tothe scheme of nested and self-similar circuits consisting of virtual and physicalsubsystems, where managers and humanoid artificial intelligence are definedas equal subjects of management, dependent business processes and businessprojects of the company are the objects of management. Cholarchy in the systemof economic governance is implemented according to the hierarchical schemeof "systems of systems" of different orders, in which the subject of governance isa system (cholon) of lower order, and the economic object of governance is anelement of a system of higher order. The integral scheme of economic managementsystem, its organizational structure of which uses recursion and holarchy, is given.The presented principle of system design and schematic solution is relevant forthe management of industrial business structures, which involve unified andend-to-end mechanisms, technologies and tools for regulating business processes,business projects and companies as a whole at various levels of the corporationand in their subject-object economic relations.
