Religious and legal norms in the process of legal education: on the issue of interaction

The article assesses the interaction of religious and legal norms in the process of legal education, taking into account the definition of the situation in Russia at the beginning of the XX century as a «post-secular» era characterized by the aggravation of relations between religion and other spheres of culture. The authors describe such principles of interaction of religious and legal norms as axiology, morality, humanism, protection and realization of individual rights and freedoms, tolerance, spirituality. In the issue of interaction of the norms under consideration, the authors propose the use of an approach based on the spatial form of interaction, indirect interaction under the influence of external factors, the causal-functional form of interaction, the semantic form of interaction.
