Religious aspect of the ideological component of the law enforcement mechanism

The article considers the religious ideological content of the ideological component of the law enforcement mechanism. The author analyzes fundamental religious ideas and legal ideas correlating with them. It is stated that due to the considered religious ideas underlying the legal ideology in the mechanism of ensuring the rule of law and order, the rule of law and order itself becomes a value, and the subjects of this mechanism in the person of the state apparatus have the highest authority and a special right. In addition, due to the religious ideas considered, it becomes possible to conduct a discourse on the development of legal values and ideas that determine the behavior of participants in legal relations, namely a discourse of order and justice between the state and civil society regarding the creation and maintenance of a common conventional law and order in a politically organized society.
