Researched are the changes of geometric parameters of the left ventricle at the acquired aortic heart disease. Remodelling of the left ventricle is considered in its development of the chronic insufficiency of circulation. Studied are the possibilities of the restitution of the left ventricle form after the aortal prosthetics. Revealed are reasons of preservation of pathological left ventricle forms after the aortal prosthetics.
