Roentgenodensitometric peculiarities of the regenerate bone formation in the bone defect, isolated with resorbable material from soft tissues (experimental study)

The object of the work consisted in dynamic studying roentgenodensitometric indices, which characterized the osteogenic processes occurred in isolated defects of long tubular bone shafts, and changes in the treated isolating allobone. It was found that the diastasis between the fragments was gradually filled with bone tissue. In this case variations of optical density (OD) values were noted at the experimental stages in the zone, involved the diastasis and its isolating material, mainly at the expense of OD variations of the regenerate bone. It was also noted that OD values of the graft wall varied insignificantly and didn't differ from preoperative ones for certain.
