The effect of a preparation containing the etidronates of lanthanide and calcium on bone tissue reparative regeneration nodes on experimental animals is studied after their administration into a perforated defect of the tibia method of radiography. Experimental studies were carried out on outbred rabbits. The animals were divided into two groups: control and experimental. The bone injury was experimentally made by perforating a hole (bone defect) in one of the two cortical plates in the proximal section and medial plan of the tibia. On the 3rdand 5th postoperative day after the injury was induced, the drug in a dose of 0.2 ml was injected twice into the formed defect of the animals of the experimental group. It has been found that the drug provides positive effect on the bone reparation processes through the formation of a mature bone regenerate on the site of the defect.
