The article describes the results of using a new method of preparing the tissues of the prosthetic bed for prosthetics after tooth extraction. The goal of the work is formulated as follows: development of a method for preparing the prosthetic bed tissue for prosthetics after tooth extraction and performing X-ray control of the regeneration of wells of distant teeth in the experiment. The study involved rabbits of the Soviet chinchilla breed, which were divided into three groups. Control and two main groups. All subjects were removed the first premolar on the lower jaw, after which, depending on the group, preparations were made for the tissues of the prosthetic bed. The rabbits of the control group after the extraction of the tooth were sutured and the healing of the defect in the tooth socket occurred in a classical manner (by the method of primary tension). Rabbits 1 of the main group after the extraction of the tooth on the lower jaw, prepared the tissues according to the method we proposed. The method consisted in introducing a defect of demineralized sponge "Lyoplast® in combination with autoplasm and resorbable collagen membrane" Collost "into the tooth defect formed after removal of the tooth. Rabbits 2 of the main group on day 10 after tooth extraction into the region of the removed tooth were injected with an autoplasma with a high content of platelets and growth factors. For an objective evaluation of bone bone tissue regeneration in the area of distant teeth, all rabbits included in the study were subjected to a conical ray computer tomography tomography. Studies were conducted prior to tooth extraction and 3 months after. On the radiographs, parameters such as the height and width of the alveolar bone in the region of the removed teeth were evaluated. In addition, a qualitative evaluation of tomograms was performed to analyze the structure and density of bone tissue in the area of the defect. On the basis of an experimental study carried out on rabbits, it was established that the use of osteoplastic material in combination with the later introduction of autoplasma into the socket of the removed tooth allows to accelerate the process of formation of full-bodied bone tissue already for the third month after surgical interventions. X-ray examination showed that the degree of filling of the socket of the removed tooth with newly formed bone tissue in the main groups averaged 90.1 and 77.7% of the height of the well, while in the control group it was only 46%.
