Reorganization of a legal entity

The reorganization of legal entities is an important legal process widely used in civil circulation. Undoubtedly, recently the regulation of the legal status of legal entities in the Russian civil legislation is going through another stage of development. This article discusses the forms of reorganization of a legal entity. In the article, the author analyzes and gives full characteristics of various aspects of the forms of reorganization. The author also identified two types reorganization - forced and voluntary.
