Reorganization of system of social services of military population in the first years of the Soviet times

The article deals with the analysis of the legal acts of the issues of the social services of the military population in the first years of the Soviet times (1917 - the end of the 1920s). There are defined the peculiarities of the Soviet structure of the system of the social care of the military population, there are revealed and characterized the basic directions of the reorganization and development of the measures of the support of the military population. The authors conclude that the system of the social services had a centralized paternalistic nature and was based on the formalized variety of the forms and measures of the support of the military population.
