Replantation and autotransplantation of teeth - the alternative of implantation in the modern ecological conditions

The advantages and disadvantages of teeth replantation and autotransplantation methods are shown. The results of experiments on mongrel dogs who underwent the replantation and autotransplantation surgeries using the intraosseous fixation of the teeth by the technology developed by the author are presented. This technology has undoubted advantages before known patent ways: using the mathematical calculations and original technical equipment allowed to make a perfect bone nail and to securely fix the teeth in the alveoluses. The full primary stabilization of the replanted tooth in the alveoluses was achieved through the application of the biodegrading bone nail; reparative regeneration processes in the bone marrow and cancellous bone of the alveolar ridge were initiated.
